If your package arrives damaged: Please do not accept/refuse the delivery if damage is visible on the outer packaging, if possible. If you've already accepted it and found the product damaged, contact us within of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order.
